While opening this site, I'm using Firefox 17.0.5 ESR on Gentoo Linux 64bit with HTTPS-Finder 0.87

Are you sure this is a HTTPS Finder bug? That error path is HTTPS Everywhere.

You might want to reinstall 0.87, there was a bug in my compatibility update (xml format...) and rules weren't working right. :(

It's fixed now.
