11 years ago i suggest we try to put the popular items in front instead of remove items. We need to design a "add back" feature when user remove it.

11 years ago i suggest we try to put the popular items in front instead of remove items. We need to design a "add back" feature when user remove it.
When writing notes for a certain record, a user can see all past notes for selection.
At that moment, can we let user delete some notes from the list?
