Emergency contact number can be same as patient number

I have tried to add an emergency contact for John ( whose number is 98765432, then I added a emergency contact for him called rihana whose number is same as the patient. It should not be allowed.

Changing severity level to low as it is very unlikely for users to specify the same contact number for both patient and emergency contact if the product is operated under normal conditions.

This is the intended behaviour when adding emergency contact in MedBook. There might be a possibility where patients pass their phone to their next-of-kin before an operation. Hence, it would cause inconvenience to the user if we validate and restrict emergency contact numbers cannot be the same as the patient number.
