This pull request should enable support for the Bobcat architecture. I have tested the resulting executable on HP T610 thin clients, which have an Ontario G-T56N CPU.
The only thing I am not entirely positive about is the voltage computations, since I don't have access to the Voltage Regulation Specs document, which seems to be under NDA. I assumed the settings to be the same as AMD15H, because the docs for AMD15H reference the same voltage regulation document as those for AMD14H.
