no the file ld0.5 collection file. can you get me?

Thanks for your interest. The code was written for members of Xin He lab at U Chicago to run SNPsnap on our local compute cluster. The databases (ld0.5 collection files) were download from the SNPsnap website, and are too large to share.

So we recommend download those from the SNPsnap website directly. (The SNPsnap web server seems not available right now, and you may try again later. If it has not been responsive for a long time, let me know, we can probably share the databases somewhere online).

The SNPsnap web server have be not available for a long time. Can you probably share the data on other method?

I only have the European population downloaded from SNPsnap database, as I did not download the files of other populations.
