This PR removes the use of the 'x-hack' in the scripts packages/blobs/grub/09_linux_with_dtb.sh and packages/bsp/nanopim4/nanopim4-pwm-fan.sh. The 'x-hack' is an outdated and less readable approach for handling empty or space-containing variables in shell scripting conditionals. The instances of the 'x-hack' have been replaced with a more modern and readable approach.
Summary of Changes
In packages/blobs/grub/09_linux_with_dtb.sh:
Replaced all instances of the 'x-hack' in conditional statements with a more modern approach.
Ensured that the new conditional statements are functionally equivalent to the old ones.
In packages/bsp/nanopim4/nanopim4-pwm-fan.sh:

Ensured that the new conditional statements are functionally equivalent to the old ones.
