User Stories

AS a WTP engineer I WANT TO have my VS Code frame colors change per workspace SO THAT I can easily tell what project I have open

Funcional Requirements

• VS Code frame color changes to project theme when a file from a given project is opened
• Color information should be stored in settings.json

Notes

• We can potentially leverage Peacock for this
• We might need to write a custom extension
