User Stories

AS a WTP engineer I WANT TO set up my machine with the necessary tools SO THAT I can contribute to WTP codebases

AS a WTP engineer I WANT TO have a CI/CD pipeline SO THAT I can validate, build & deploy my code

Functional Requirements

The pipeline will run these steps
- Hello, world
Set up language version constraints
- Bazel
- Terraform
- Pyenv
- NVM
- Look into shell integration
- npm engines
- prevent yarn usage
Add any badges possible
