Binary build for stupid people? #1

Do you think you could drop zipped binaries in downloads section? For those who 
have no idea how to build this?

Wouldn't say you're stupid @makc.... I'm a C++ developer (so I'm used to build 
configurations being at times a very painful process) and I have no idea how to 
go about building this. Appears there are a boatload of missing dependencies 
and it also appears that this whole project relies on a very outdated third 
party library. Would be nice to have at least some sort of documentation 
hinting at what you did or used. Don't mean to be a whiner it's just plain fact 
you've wasted whatever time you've put into this because to other people it's 
useless.
