XPO Easy Fields duplicates comment on each update in VS2012 #146

Which edition of the DevExpress toolset are you using?
CodeRush 12.1.7 & DXperience 12.1.7

Which version of Studio are you using?
VS2012

What OS?
Win 7 64bit

Which community plugin(s) are you attempting to use?
XpoEasyFields 1905

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Updating the XPO EasyFields output causes the comment line to be duplicated 
each time the update occurs.  Even turning off the option to place a comment 
when updating does not stop the comment from being placed when updating.
Removing everything from the Comment format field causes a blank comment line 
to be generated on each update (ie: // ) double slash with nothing afterwards.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
