CR_BlockPainterPlus does nothing #157

CodeRush (pro)
DevExpress 13.2.6
VS2012
Win7 Pro SP1 64bit

...CR_BlockPainterPlus does no painting, even though CR Plugins shows it 
"loaded".

Which version of the plugin have you installer?

Also what method did you use to install?
 - Drop dll in plugin folder.
 - VSIX install from within VS.

Rory,

I put CR_BlockPainterPlus.dll in the plugins folder, but not 
Ninject.dll. I just added that file and now it's working, problem resolved.

No bother. I'd forgotten that that file was required myself. 

At least now we have a resource someone else can find if they encounter this 
issue. When I have a moment I'll see about updating the page for that plugin 
and making this requirement a bit more obvious :)
