CR_NavigateToDefinition not appearing in vs2010 jump to menu #43

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install CR_NavigateToDefinition in CR 10.1.3 in VS2010
2. Popup Jump To menu
3. Navigate to Definition is missing and Command is missing from shortcut 
actions

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
To see the command in jump to menu and command list

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
cr 10.1.3 in vs2010, win7 x64

Please provide any additional information below.

This problem exists in Studio 2008 as well, using IDETools 10.1.3

New version available, requires DXCore 10.1.4
Tested and running in VS2008 and VS2010
