Package manifest entry fix #59

Hi,

This fix resolve the issue when the update package contains a XML folder.

Sample:

xyz.update\package.zip\addedfiles\App_Data\XML\

This fix will be available on myget as a quickly as possible as a 0.4.1.xxxx package and will be in the 0.4.1 release to Nuget.org
