Login redirect no longer works #30

As mentioned here, this patch fixes the cause of #28 so 5f1206148d0a8186f035d0ce10e558bfc8fd3b3c can be reverted. With v1.2.0, login redirects work. Not going back to login.php prevents that.

Currently the patch is only on 1.14.x but it can be cherry-picked without issue to 1.15.x and develop. Hopefully soon the 1.14.x changes will be merged to the newer branches.

Should this change wait until the next osTicket release?
