Working title right now: React.js + Flux: Isomorphic Single Page Apps

Just wondering if "single page" is overlooked/shunned these days or if it's helpful. Lots of people may not think the book is for them since they don't like SPAs

Maybe an emphasis on "Components"?

How about "The mullet stack: How to build applications with Hapi.js and React.js", lol

Lol. I sort of like referring to hapi but on the other hand don't want to load the title with too many buzz words to alienate purchasers. For instance if my preferred stack is express then I could be put off by the example of being in hapi. I just think that's beside the point as we will only use a hapi server to send basic data. My vision of the server is very simple and just to show the reader the round trip that is missing from everything else.
