rangeStart and rangeEnd #70

Great work by the way!

I noticed that rangeStart and rangeEnd only limited changing the date granular down to the month. Is it possible to have the range limited down to the day?

Its already implemented in this PR https://github.com/koleary94/Angular-2-Datepicker/pull/52 Its in review. If you want it on urgent basis then you can use ng-material-datepicker
