Set up logging #25

Currently only have Analytics events. Logging would be better for more granular detail (e.g. bad search requests could be moved to the logs while the aggregate success/error rates could be monitored via Analytics events).

Maybe use something like Papertrail/Logentries/Loggly?

Looks like the trouble may not be worth it. Sticking with Analytics for now until a pressing need comes up to use something with more bells and whistles.
