The Magic: the Gathering Online text format supports putting cards in the sideboard of a deck by prefixing the line with SB:.

From the MTGO reference

The commander deck contains 100 cards: 1 Commander and 99 others. In the Magic Online version of this format, your Commander is the only card in your sideboard.
