Add descriptions for taxa already coded with KeyCharacterics #14

There are ~163 taxa with coded KeyCharacteristics. None have descriptions. This data can be added to the Taxa-Generated tab on Google sheets. Descriptions will display on the detail page as this feature has already been developed for the app.

Scope change... we aren't going to display descriptions. Instead we will link to efloras.org for each taxon.
