There are genus and species taxon info pages in the JEPS Moss eFlora website to which we can link. The following are examples of the links that work. Can we change the Taxa table to include another URL. perhaps "JURLId", and add a line to the DETAIL page to present this option. There should be a note that the link should only be followed for mosses within California.

JEPS eFlora URLs To get to a genus: http://ucjeps.berkeley.edu/cgi-bin/get_moss_gk.pl?genus=Bartramia To get to a species: http://ucjeps.berkeley.edu/cgi-bin/get_moss_treatment.pl?taxon=Bartramia%20ithyphylla

I need to mull over implementation details... but I probably won't name a data field after a specific src or website. We will probably end up with another Map - type table. Something like URLMap. It would define how taxa map to URLs and would allow 1...n URLs for each taxa. Or even the same URL for multiple taxa. Allows for more flexibility in the future and isn't too much more difficult to get working.... I think.

Makes sense to provide flexibility. There may be additional resources identified after we start outside reviewers. Let me know what you can do. And, whether it is a big deal.
