Waypoint CURD

Administrator be able to create a waypoint and store it locally
Waypoint Management
- Administrator be able to config waypoints(Modifier waypoint type, Config parking lot parking space).
- Administrator be able to connect waypoints.
  Connect with the Backend
- Frontend application be able to store the waypoint graph to the database via Restful API
- Frontend application be able to load the waypoint graph from the database and display it on load via Restful API
