My test on Ubuntu 22 concludes that specifying retroarch in the Icon field of the desktop entry doesn't take any icon at all.

Specifying retroarch in the Icon field of the desktop entry only works if:

The desktop environment follows the free desktop spec
There's an icon already installed for retroarch

Althout this app could install a retroarch icon on the system, it would be better to provide one on the user home folder, or user assets folder instead. To prevent the app from being too intrusive
