Check rOpenSci #1

I don't have the links handy right now, but I would double check with rOpenSci folks because they might have books already on this topic or similar ones. Just to avoid duplicating efforts. We can ask @stefaniebutland (rOpenSci community manager) for more info. (Stef, this repo was made by Kevin in the context of BioC2020 and a birds of a feather him and Charlotte @Charlie-George ran https://github.com/Bioconductor/BioC2020/issues/106). If there's no rOpenSci books, maybe it'd be good to invite them in since they have used these tools quite a bit too.

I know for example that there is one on GitHub actions on the works https://ropenscilabs.github.io/actions_sandbox/ which I think I linked to from biocthis but I need to double check.

So, there's the Drake Book and this community call about using Drake. I looked around a little bit and didn't find anything that was generalizeable beyond this (Ropensci Blog's Workflow tag).

Thanks for the ping @lcolladotor. I'll ask the rOpenSci team to chime in with other resources.
