Made SASS/SCSS variables orange. #16

Sass variables are orange in Sublime so I changed it here.

@RichardBray this doesn't feel right as it changes a very large portion of the code to a color scheme I'm not used to in other Monokai themes. I've also used the Monokai theme in Sublime quite a lot, but there variables are just white.

I do however see that the Sass variables are assigned the class .variable.other.sass, so you could update the PR (after rebasing) to only color that class orange instead. That would be acceptable...

Since this is an old PR, if you are not using Atom anymore please let me know so we can close this PR. Thanks!
