Add 5px space between gutter and code #54

Gives the code a little room to breath so that it does not sit right against the gutter. This is the same amount of space used in Sublime Text.

@jwuwork I've tested this and the code works fine, but I don't think this is an improvement. The difference with Sublime (I'm also coming from Sublime myself) is that the gutter in Sublime is transparent and in Atom it's not. So this adds a strange (clearly visible) line between the gutter and the code:

Next to that it would make this theme a bit strange as it would actually change the layout instead of only altering the color scheme. So for people switching between themes this would feel really strange.
