added and changed colors (php) #72

I added blue for other variables which don't have any color e.g. in PHP (color is inspired by brackets monokai theme). The .support .function color change isn't as important as previous but I think that it looks pretty good with blue variables (not the same color). compare

Doesn't look like monokai, variables are white and native methods blue 🤔 @SATOFish @kevinsawicki what do you think guys?

@Mitelak What do you think on making that kind of variables purple, like constants in javascript?
