Badge system for editors depending on their contributions #58

Like in stackoverflow sites http://drupal.stackexchange.com/help/badges

We have to brainstorm:

  1. What titles for badges to use, and what all levels should be there.
  2. Criteria for each badge.
  3. Special privileges for those who earned a badge.
