Empty Attachments when MimeMailParser.class located outside public_html

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Pipe your email with the script that parses it and saves the attachments to 
specific directory. The script is outside public_html and attachments are also 
saved outside public_html
2. Send email
3. Go to the directory and you'll see the empty attachments

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Files with their content. Empty Files

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
The newer version on Redhad

Please provide any additional information below.
It saves files alright when I have the class in public_html

Seems like permission issues on your end.
