if you try to intercept any https domain for everything except
zope.testbrowser, it won't work.  This was discovered by Robert Leftwich
for mechanize and reported to the twill list:
http://lists.idyll.org/pipermail/twill/2008-January/000842.html

When I wrote some tests I noticed it was a wider issue.

fixed in rel_0_3 branch and released as 0.3.3

easy_install -U wsgi_intercept to get the fixes
