Install OpenAPI Generator on the VM #115

Currently, when one opens the container for this project, OpenAPI Generator CLI isn't installed. The user has to follow the installation instructions on the OpenAPI Generator website themself. It would be more convenient for future users if the Dockerfile included commands that would install OpenAPI Generator CLI automatically whenever the container is built.
