Is there a way to stop the submitter if their score is <3 (so they don't have to answer the reasons why)? #52

Beth and I had spoken last year about having participants not have to go further with why they scored the way they did if the didn't answer above a 3 on the thermometer. Is it possible to go to the end screen if they select that?
