Changing the End Screen #54

Feedback from nurses was to better demarcate the Thank You Screen-so the "resiliency resources" would have to be scrolled to to access them. Maybe including a line (spaced down from the "If you need immediate relief") to say "If you would like access to in-the-moment resiliency tools, please scroll down."?

Then, I think resiliency might have a spelling error-on the app it reads "resiliencey" when I think it should be "resiliency."

Could you add a period after recorded? e.g. "Your MoD score is important to us and has been recorded."

Then, for the next line "If you would like to initiate an intervention by calling the Moral Distress Consult Service, please page PIC1712 to notify them. They are available 24/7."

Then, for the last line. "Please scroll down for in-the-moment resiliency resources. They may help with managing high stress symptoms."
