Issue

The bot does not function when there is no config file in the discord container.

Steps to Reproduce

Refer to the image below for an example.
- Spin up the containers and bring the bot online
- Try to talk to the bot via mention
- Use a user-preference slash command to prevent this error message from replying
- Try to talk to the bot via mention again

Solution

Upon creation of the config.json file, set all default values by their type.
- This might be a problem as this will probably be done manually.
- Look at jsonHandler.ts
