I made notifications for failed user creation, event creation, and event update. What others do you want.

Failed login/login successful/event deleted/any other object creations or deletions/any error messages(such as failed event creation)/etc. Did you refer to your earlier github issue: https://github.com/kevintxwu/outgame-rails/issues/19?

Note to self: needs to fix notification styling. Goes wider than actual screen-width.
