Does this component support the "Wyze Scale" ?

Sorry, it does not. This project is specific to the local use of the "Wyze Sense" adapter and sensors. Try this one: https://github.com/JoshuaMulliken/ha-wyzeapi I don't know if they support it as of yet, but they would be in a better position to support it.
