Bump dependencies #7

Bumping a few dependencies. I was running a migration and it was reported as successful but it was getting this error. ERROR: 13 INTERNAL: Received RST_STREAM with code 0

Not sure why that was happening but I noticed the dependencies here were outdated. So I cloned this repo and bumped the dependencies then used my copy and the migration ran successfully.
