Updates the versions of @trust/webcrypto and karma to avoid high/medium dependency vulnerabilities.

Noticeable dependency updates:

webcrypto:
- Updated base64url dependency to 3.0.0 with the release of @trust/webcrypto@0.9.1
karma:
- Updated log4js to remove npm audit warnings here. Original report here.
