An ideal size for sites such as Gitter #2

  1. 1 review the ideal size for GitHub; and then

  2. maybe have the same preset for Gitter, e.g.:

Matching widths feel not quite right when browsing from Gitter to GitHub – if the left sidebar of Gitter is disclosed before the switch to GitHub.

However with the sidebar closed (focusing on a room, for example) the width feels good and a switch to GitHub with equal width feels equally good.

Other URLs in the recording include (alphabetical order):

  2. https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/xorg/driver/xf86-video-ati/commit/f48af8a6cfa1ac665f07b8f9712e94b77bc4f5e9
  3. https://llvm.org/docs/AMDGPUUsage.html
  4. https://reviews.llvm.org/D69915

You might have the same preset for sites for 1, 2 and 4 but not for 3.

Sorry, maybe scrub the Gitter suggestion.

The effect is debatably too squashed:
