How to include all filters? #103

It seems only some of the filters are included when building. How do we include specific (or all) filters? I've tried adding --enable-filter=silencedetect to the script file compile flags, but that doesn't seem to put the filter in the included files.

I misunderstood this is compiled. Things appear to work fine.
