Post install config:

Give the public Sites profile the correct permissions:
Surveys - Read
Questions - Read
Invitations - Read
Responses - Read, Create, Edit
Contact - Read

Most of this is already on the About tab, but the Read permission is necessary 
on
Contact for the welcome message in the surveyWizard
