Landing Page survey-shark #9

Hello there, 
I've installed survey-shark, I'v create some questions (just to try) but I
don't understand what "landing page" I have to link into "Site URL".

I'm explain better. This is the path of my force.com: 

http://aaaaaa.forces.com/bbbbb

which landing page I've to link in "Site setup"?

maybe:
- surveyWizard?
- surveyWizardSaved?

I've tryed some of these available in Visualforce site, but nothing works.
Can someone help me?

(and...what about thank-you page?)
