Need to tidy up a few things with the AssimpLibrary DLL loading/proc addressing 
to play nice with Mono out of the box.

Refactored library implementations to support multiple platforms. Still need 
testing and verification to ensure we can compile against the mono runtime, but 
the major work is done. There is a Linux implementation along with the default 
Windows one. r97
