Use of the C# code #28

Hello ,

I currently use the java code of assimp and need the converted C # code for the 
Unity engine . Will your code be developed in the future? There is another 
version on https://github.com/assimp/assimp/tree/master/port/Assimp.NET and i 
just want to know which version i should use.

Hi,

AssimpNet is a newer library than the old Assimp .NET port. The Assimp devs 
generally steer people to my library. And because of googlecode closing soon, 
we're discussing to put AssimpNet on github under the Assimp Org umbrella.

The library is feature complete and is largely in maintenance mode, until new 
feature come into the unmanaged lib of course. The effort was to have the 
feature set to mirror the unmanaged features.
