不能带命令前缀用 #43

带了#或者/这种前缀就会也算进城市名称里，然后没返回结果

本来就是不能带前缀用的。用的on_regex

最新版本 0.6.6 直接使用 on_keyword 了，不需要添加任何指令前缀
