怎么关闭群聊里r18 #36

虽然是默认的不会在群聊里，但是输入setur18还是有

仅在私聊中开启

r18 = True if (isinstance(event, PrivateMessageEvent) and r18) else False

按道理 只有私聊才会是r18图 除非API那边分类失误了 部分图片没有分类好
