modified network member page to include more details about the peers: peer version, peer path address, peer last time seen and peer latency

@ratmole - thanks again for your efforts at improving ztncui! Would you mind please separating the code from PR #21 out of PR #22 ? Each PR needs to have independent code changes. Thanks Steve
