[x] Using rule-compiler.js of the version before ZT re-license (which was GPLv3)
[x] Changing storage structure for storing original/unparsed rules text
[ ] Reading and applying rules
[ ] Tags selector for each network members

Hello @lideming - sorry for the delay in replying to your PR. How close is this to landing? Do you want me to build a .deb. or .rpm package for testing?

Hi @key-networks , there are still some todos for this PR while I am busy doing school things. :cry: I think we should test the fixing PR first (#75).
