Remove some of the drift chamber datatypes again as they are going to disappear in EDM4hep with EDM4hep#333

ENDRELEASENOTES

This PR can be merged without waiting for the EDM4hep one.

Merging this later today as it should not have any impacts for the nightlies since these types are unused (outside of CEPCSW)
