BEGINRELEASENOTES

Finish consistently renaming directories in CMake to switch to a new package name.
Add a basic CI setup for running against Key4hep releases and nightlies.

ENDRELEASENOTES

This PR sets up some very basic CI that for now does no testing yet, but just builds the converter executable.

[ ] Add the basic checks into the CTest harness that the key4hep-build action expects.
