Make it possible to turn off conversion of some collections #105

Adapt the default values of the output configuration parameters, such that it is possible to remove some output configuration parameters from the config file to skip conversions of certain collections. Fixes #100

@selvaggi apologies this took much longer than expected, and was much simpler than thought in the end. Would you be able to give this a try for your use case and confirm, that this indeed makes it possible to not convert, e.g. the MissingET collection?
